Additionally, your SWOT table is not a personal reflection but seems to come from a policy manual from your workplace.

Like I said human errors happen all the time I have a clean track record why would I cheat or steal someone else work stop it this was only a draft submission not intended for final purposes

However, when you come down to minority students, you know what I’m not about to go to there.  All students are allowed a second chance, especially on a clean track record. It your job as an instructor to correct a student trial in error . I never got accused of such foolery. I could’ve simply correct, this was since I’m black do not get me started

Jamaican here. I'm as black as tar and I had no such issues at UMPI. Please do not play that minority card; just speak for yourself and your PERSONAL issue. Not everything is about race, so leave the rest of us black folks out of this one.

FYI, you might want to run some of these sentences through an AI checker. I would STRONGLY suggest you do that, in fact.

I'd also focus more on an explanation of how/why it happened as opposed to an acknowledgement that it happened. I don't know the UMPI's policy, but I know the school I work at would absolutely not accept this as an explanation.
