http://www.khanacademy.org has great science videos

I know people have mentioned this but to those of you who missed it, like I did, check out this site Khan Academy.

I am watching the chemistry videos now and they are great. The guy is drawing on a virtual board so you don't get distracted with students in the classroom like on some videos. You can also clearly see everything he draws and hear his voice perfectly so I think this is one of the best delivery formats I have seen.

Check it out.

Love love love them!
Sal Khan was my only source for studying for/passing the stats dsst and I relied on his bio and chem videos to get me through my premed prereqs. I assign them to my kids in homeschool too. Can't say enough! GO SAL!

I feel dumb for not knowing about it. People need to know this.
I watched about 45 minutes of them this morning and it was so refreshing to hear someone explain chemistry on a blackboard again. It really brought me back to high school and college chemistry but the ability to pause and rewind and actually make out what was being put on the board was great. My college class had 250 students and the teacher was a gazillion years old so it was really hard to learn in that environment.

I cannot over emphasize his importance in taking my science and stats exams. He is the primary reason I scored so high on stats and how much that pays off for me every day and in all the other classes I took.

Sal is the future of education. Access for all, for free. Bill Gates' testimonial on the site really says it all. This guy is the Mother Theresa of education. He's only a few topics short of a complete bachelors degree.

Simply amazing, I really can not say enough good things about that site.

I plan to write him a letter when my degree is complete.

P.s. I cant believe he does all that with MS Paint!
