When pressed for time, BUS 330 or BUS 440?
#1
I'm now pressed for time. Which is the "shorter" course? To put things in perspective, BUS 321 was very heavy on content, so it was a lot of reading. I don't have that much time to give for this next upper level course.

If you've done both BUS 330 (Marketing Mgmt) & BUS 440 (Business Analytics), could you please tell me which is lighter in the content department and how many milestones are required for each. Also, if you have done them during this summer session 2, can you confirm that the finals are still multiple choice. Thanks in advance.

I found BUS330 to be easier and faster. They are both exams. The exams are always multiple choice in the business department.

Agree with BUS 325 as the winner for the OP.

Interesting suggestion, hmm... How does BUS 325 fit into this equation? BUS 330 or BUS 440 and now adding BUS 325 an option? I assume you're referring to 330 as the better choice and not 325?

BUS325 is NOT an easy or fast class. Neither is the exam. It's one of the longest courses UMPI has. The content seems to go on forever. There's quite a bit of math and formulas in the content and some on the exam.

I liked BUS 325. You should do just fine if feeling pressured with time. Guessing you are just trying to finish it out in this term? There is plenty of time to make that happen. With the proper focus, you should be able to complete the course next week.

BUS325 wasn't one of the options the OP listed.  Tongue

OK, with those answers above, I would recommend OP to stick with doing the BUS 330 course as that is an exam.

I love Math; I teach math. But I have other courses to do and I also have very serious OCD issues; so anything with a lot of content will be avoided at this time. I spent all of two weeks on BUS 321 because I'd never done HR before, and I didn't want less than 100% on a multiple choice exam that really mattered. I'll take ss20ts' word for it and leave the lengthy BUS 325 alone. BUS 330 it is then. Thanks everyone!
