I heard that when we enroll a straighterliner course, we can achieve %70 success with quizzes and normal exams before final exam And then we can transfer credit. Also people mentioned about only final exam proctored not quizzess or normal exams. İs it true that we can complete it before final exam and the proctor thing people mentioned?

No. You must take the final to complete the course. With a high enough grade on the other exams the final may not matter, but you still have to take it.

You can pass (score 700 or greater), but the course is not considered complete until you finish the final exam

You need to get a cumulative percent over 70 to pass the course. Most of the courses are 75% coursework and 25% final.
That means people can get a very high grade in the course, and have a mediocre proctored final and they will still pass the course.
