Definately check with them to see what that math transfers in as. They made me take PreAlgebra basically, even though I had passed College Algebra and PreCalc and they're on my transcript with them. Sometimes they will make you take their version of math to fit their title.

How much you are going to spend in total, you said they put you to retake the same courses twice the you already did and at the end it will be se same cost as you have done the degree through TESU self.

UMPI is the same price for 8 weeks whether you take 1 course or 10 of them. ashkir already did a price breakdown for UMPI.
Assuming you take just the capstone & cornerstone at TESU, fees to TESU around $6600 for the classes, residency waiver, application, graduation fees, etc. And that doesn't count the extra cost of classes at SDC, Sophia, Davar, Coopersmith, etc.
5 terms (10 months) at UMPI is $7,000. So, if you transfer in everything from Sophia in the same way that ashkir has done, UMPI is going to be cheaper than TESU unless it takes you a full year to finish.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA
Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming

This ^^^^^^^
I'm super determined to be done fast. I did all of Sophia (minus Public Speaking / Communication at Work) and transferred it in. It left me with 19 classes. Liberal Studies would probably be about 10ish.
Once I'm done you should get a realistic accelerated pace. ss20ts is doing multiple degrees at one time and is doing amazing. I'm doing one!
If you are reading this and am thinking about applying to UMPI AMERICANS APPLY FOR THE PELL GRANT/FAFSA NOW! Don't procrastinate! I see people get sad that they didn't apply and have to wait a year for financial aid. DO IT NOW before the deadline closes. Early = better. Especially with an education friendly administration just came into power

Taking 10 courses at SCD which will be 2 month will cost you 820$. UMPI cost is 1400$ and there is no guarantee you will finish 10 courses in term. Plus UMPI grade is fully depend on 1 work- final project, assignment or so on. So its debatable which is easier / cheaper TESU + alternative credits or UMPI . Some people will prefer to write 1 Capstone instead of multiple papers with length 12 pages and more for at least 4 months upto 10 months or so..... its a lot to think about here
If u have to complete at least 10 courses at UMPI.most probably u will write at least 120 pages . Lol. Its like writing a book when u need to write around 25 pages ( if i am not mistaken) for a Capstone at TESU. Plus TESU has more degree options which are not available at UMPI

The last class I took at UMPI had no essay, and it was just a 37 multiple answer test. TESU may work for you and I'm glad for you. UMPI works for me, so I'm glad for me.

Oh, yeah, add another $1600+ to TESU because of the new RA credit requirement.
It's fine if you don't think the format of UMPI is a good fit for you. Everyone is different. But, for people who have cost as a deciding factor, UMPI is pretty compelling.

My friend it's difficult for someone to write so much paper work, and you seem to like it, you also said they do not let you choose which courses you want to take to make it more easy, if some do not have that time to finished in 8 weeks he will ending loosing money.
I like more multiple choice exams than write a whole story, and what you said is they do not have that option for examination.
