Not sure if everyone realizes this because I never saw this mentioned before. (or if I did I forgot because ALEKS is overly complicated)
It is possible to make yourself a second or third student.
If you're afraid to start a new course because you're not sure you got your first one on your transcripts and now only have one day left...
For example, I didn't want to lose my pathetic 37% assessment on stats, so instead of changing that student account to algebra, I created a second student account.
Costs more than it would have if we still had time to wait (unless you have a special discount? I dunno) but seems worth it at this point.
Total Newb - Enrolled at TESC for AA, eventually going for BA Psych.
Thanks to everyone who provides such awesome information on this site, I'm slowly getting the hang of this crazy process.
CLEP - Intro. Psych. - 63, A&I Literature - 72, Intro. Edu. Psych. - 59
ALEKS - Intermediate Algebra

Thanks JBtesc,
I hope this works and you get Stats on your ACE transcript in time! ALEKs is in California, so I am hoping that gives you a little bit more time!
Best of luck,
T

You know what, I don't care if my stats course gets wiped out at this point. Instead of making a second account and paying an additional $20, I'm going to switch to Algebra instead.

Intermediate Algebra 4hr, 14min initial assessment... finished with exactly 70%.
I thought I was going to cry but my eyes are too dry from staring at the screen all night.
I really hope tesc accepts intermediate algebra, lol.
I think I'm going to have to accept stats as a loss and move on and hope it really does get recertified.
Good luck to everyone who's still going to be working like crazy on it today. I feel your pain.

Let me add a little encouragement for those who don't make the deadline. Clep college math isn't much harder than Aleks intermediate algebra. It just requires a little time with Khan.
TESC 2015 - BSBA, Computer Information Systems
TESC 2019 - 21 Post-bachelor accounting credits

Once it lands under "Approved" on the ACE page that means It's completely done and accepted right?
I can switch into a different math on ALEKS and not lose it right?
