How long did the 30 credit score at TAMUC take you? I'm interested in "upgrading" my undergrad to a better brand.

It took me exactly two of their 7-week terms. However, I had to constantly push against my advisor and follow up with teachers on my grades. My advisor kept pushing me into a 3rd term even though I was finishing classes at an accelerated pace. Not sure why there was so much pushback considering but something you should be aware of if you pursue this degree.
Currently:
UCA (University of Central Arkansas) Ph.D. Change Leadership for Equity and Inclusion

Completed:
WGU MSML
TAMUC BAAS Org Leadership

Great job getting through the program! I am thinking of introducing this program to my friend given the in state price. What are the classes like? Is it mostly reading or does it include videos too? To get through a class do you mainly take exams, write papers, or a combination of both?

@mohelena02 Can you share your experiences with the capstones? I suddenly have the bug and am considering taking the plunge with this program.

I have one class and the capstones left to finish my degree. This 7-week semester ended yesterday and the next semester starts in two weeks. There seems to be a bit more writing on these capstones than in the core classes, however, like many capstones, it builds off your previous classes nicely and might be tedious, but not difficult. I'll update you as I'm taking them.

The program itself is as valuable as the time you put into it. You can pretty much fly through classes in under a week. Maybe even a couple of days if your professor is on it. It will ultimately take me 4 semesters to finish this degree because of work (we had promotional testing at work that I prioritized over accelerating) and also because the dean added additional requirements last semester.

I would do this program again as it was by far my cheapest and fastest option at a school with the Texas A&M name. Combine that with the number of ACE credits that they take and you have a great combo to get accepted into a master's program. But the quality I feel was lacking, especially with some instructors linking a few crappy Youtube videos that I don't think they actually watched. Honest to God, this is a video that one of the professors had as a lecture. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S93hbz82GAU&t=116s

Thanks for sharing. I applied and am seriously thinking about making a push to jump in this term. It would be a second bachelors for me so I’d only need the 10 classes.

Please do continue to keep us updated. It is much appreciated. I am not a big writer so that would require me to polish my game a bit.

You'll have no issues completing this program then! Go for it! The writing was not terrible. I don't think any writing assignments took me over 8 total hours to write. No class took me over 16 hours of undivided attention to complete so far. Follow the rubrics to the letter and you will easily complete this in no time!

Update:

The admissions department is slow. Apparently, they don’t know how special I am.  Wink
