Hi All...
Any opinions regarding UL History exams would be greatly appreciated. I need one Upper Level 3 credit course to complete my 2nd depth (in History) from Excelsior...
I haven't taken a history course in 20+ years, and have no particular interest in history, so I'm looking for the EASIEST exam possible...
Here are my options and my problems...
UExcel - World Conflicts since 1900 - to me, this exam seems the most difficult, and has me very intimidated (Big Negative) - however, the testing center is only a few miles from my home (Big Positive).
DSST - Civil War - this test seems the easiest if only because it is concentrated on only one war and one relatively short period of time. As an added bonus, there seems to be many resources available for study, (Big Positive) - however, the testing center is at a large university located a tremendous distance from my home. At this point I am unsure how the heck I would get there (Big Negative).
I know there are other History DSST's, but felt the Civil War was the "least worst"...True???
Again, any advice/opinions would be appreciated - I could put off the whole history requirement for now, but since I know it's going to cause me problems (transportation/subject matter), I thought I'd attempt to get it over with next...
