How much study time do I need for each of the following:
Criminal Justice, DSST
Law Enforcement, DSST
World Religions, DSST
I have no background in either of the first two. I have done some studying in Christianity, Judaism, and Isalm.

World Religions isn't a bad one at all. Very doable in a short period of time. With the IC cards and the Specific Exam feedback, you'll need at the max a week (w/ maybe 2hr per day for 5 days). BTW, Free-CLEP-Prep.com offers a very accurate full length Practice Test.
I never took the other 2, but my guess is they're related and there's some decent overlap. If it doesn't come easily, give yourself at least 2 weeks for them.
I'd study till I hit the 60% mark or higher on the PTs, then go in and take 'em.
Good Luck!

By the way Publius, I started pursuing a BA in Social Sciences at TESC in February 2011. Now, 99/120 credits done. When do you hope to graduate? I am under 21, so I have had to appeal the age requirement and I am awaiting a response on the appeal.

Study Time: How I Did It…
Pre-Study-Prep: Obtain or set up whatever materials I will need to study (IC Flashcards, REA Books, Standard Deviants Videos, Pass-Your-Class Guides, and Petersons Practice Exams.
Week One: Begin to read books, review flashcards, watch videos. Call your test center and make an appointment in advance as they sometimes require a few weeks advance notice).
Week Two: Re-read books, review flashcards, watch videos Take 1-2 practice exams* (REA, Petersons).
Week Three: Continue to review all materials, take additional/final practice exams. You should be passing these with room to spare. Take real exam at end of the week and PASS. In addition, you should have at this point already acquired pre-study-prep materials for your next exam so as not to waste time.
* It should be noted that there are many (like me) who feel that the practice exams may be a bit more difficult and as such if you are able to "pass" a practice exam (with room to spare) you should do well when you sit the actual exam.
Something Else To Know
FACT: The lowest possible score is a 20. The highest possible is an 80.
FACT: Approx. 1/2 the questions on the test must be successfully answered to get a 50, or a pass.
THE HYPOTHESIS: In a 100 question test, such as Sociology and many others, there are only 60 possible points (between 20-80) for 100 questions.
60 points divided by 100 questions = .6pts
If each questions is worth .6 points, 50 correct questions = 50q X .6pts = 30pts
You must add 20 since 0 correct questions = 20pts.
30 points + 20 points = 50 points, or a pass.
Now: If each point in a 100 question test is worth .6 points, 100 questions X .6 points = 60; 60 + 20 = 80.
By this formula, answering 75 questions correctly would translate to a score of 65.

I took the law enforcement DSST about 3 years back so I don't remeber much at all. I took this completely "cold" on the advice of the test proctor. I was taking a different exam and passed quickly and she recommended this as an easy three credits. She game me a copy of the Bill of rights and told me to read over it for 15 minutes and come back to take the test. I did, and there were a couple questions on the bill or rights, the rest seemed pretty common sense and form watching cop shows. I remember passing with a decent score, what exactly I don't know.
Long story short, this test seemed extremely easy, just know the bill or rights, watch some law and order and do some quick brush up.

PrLoko-isms
Don't waste time by trying to save time. The only sure way to complete your degree is to knock out credits quickly and efficiently.
Don't let easiness bite you in the rear. Know your endgame (where you want to be) and plan backward from there. Your education is a means to an end.
Be honest professionally, socially and academically. There are people (especially little ones) who look up to you and they're going by your example.
Be proud. Whether you're an Engineer or Fast Food worker, there is honor and dignity in hard work.
Picking on people weaker than you only proves that you are a weak person.
