Julie
Thank you! Yes, she's moving on to Western Civilizations and then the Social Sciences and History CLEP. She usually does two a month, one every two weeks. Her goal is to have 90 credits by her 17th birthday in February. So far, so good.

That's awesome Danielle!!
Thank you for your encouragement! Your knowledge and willingness to invest your time in advising others on the forum has benefitted us greatly along the way. My daughter wants me to tell you, "Don't ever leave!"

How sweet

I'm not leaving, I have 4 kids to get through this process. The whole reason I took MY first CLEP was to advise them properly (since I didn't go to a real college the first time, I was intimidated by the college process)- I wanted some "hands on" experience to share...so, even though I went a little past my goal post, my original goal still remains. So....I'll probably be here about 12 more years! LOL

Me, too! Actually, it may be more like 15 years. I have six children and my youngest is only 2.

Cool! I have two teenagers and four littler ones as well, although they are bit more spaced out than yours. Their ages are 16(almost 17), 13, 8, 7, 5 and 2. We have four girls and two boys. How about you?

I only have 3 -- 17, 11, 10 -- all boys. I'm glad that so many of you freely offer your advice, because I have to be honest -- I'm REALLY having a hard time with this whole growing up & being ready for college thing. It's HARD. I never appreciated what my mom went through until now.
I found out about instantcert when researching clep exams for my son. I'm so glad that I did because between B&M classes this semester & clep exams I've earned 24 hours in a single semester. That's huge for me.

Cleps:
Introduction Business Law 65
Principles of Management 70
Principles of Marketing 71
A&I Literature 68
American Lit 59
Educational Psychology 68
Social sciences & history 65
Western Civilization I 64
What lies before us and what lies behind us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

24 credits is HUGE for all of us!! That's almost 1 year's worth of college in one semester!
I'm also a mother of all boys! My sons are 14, 10, 8, and 4
