Unless the person in the OP wanted to phish or spam the board with StraighterLine info, the first link in the original post would have informed readers which institution this would be as it shows the SL equivalency for IU. If it was me, I would search online for more details (if any) either on the board or on google... I usually would recommend searching for more info if you're really interested in the program, otherwise, skip it if you're already working on something like a grad cert/dip or even a masters.

Everyone doesn't want to click on a link. Links don't help in the search function either as you can't search for IU. IU could be numerous different colleges.

Not all posters want to provide details either, like so many times you would see me telling people to do the addendum/template... it goes in all directions, the search function is limited to 4 characters, not much we can do about it... Oh wells...I'll leave it at that.

Searching
IU site:degreeforum.net
generates helpful results on Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, and Yahoo, though these might not have indexed 100% of the pages on DF.

Not to mention it is impossible to search on this board for IU as that is too short. I wonder if there should be a list of abbreviations that could be added to help with some of this. Put some of this tribal knowledge down in writing.

Awesome. Thanks for that. I just hadn't spent enough time on the Wiki.

When I asked about the program, they also told me about South Bank University, but there was an additional cost, maybe around USD$ 800. The seller mentioned that "everybody takes this option".

I said I wasn´t interested in the a double degree, but in the end I didn´t register, as he insisted in that I could just register and then I had a month to send them my physical official bachelor documents, however, even after I told them that my university only issued digital copies, he didn´t change his posture.

Maybe now there´s more flexibility.

I assume you tried to enroll on a Masters program, for bachelors, they just asked for digital copies of the High School Diploma and Academic Record(plus also the local aptitude test, the now dead PAES) and offered me to be transferred to an evaluator free of charge, got their evaluation and had no need to send physical copies.

For Masters, I think they also ask for your CV and recommendation letters if possible IIRC.

Hi. Does that apply to ACE accredited sources other than straightliner? (i.e. sophia, saylor.org)
