How could I be "ruining the learning experience of alot of people in the meantime"? In what way could that possibly happen?
This is part of a long-running conversation on this board where people who have been around for awhile beg new guys to stop bragging about how fast and easy everything is because all it ends up doing is losing us a provider. It has happened more than once. But you guys won't stop. So all I'm doing is saying what's going to happen. We tried to tell people the same thing with Shmoop.
I'm not ruining anything for anyone. I'm sitting here telling people to hurry up and transfer those credits because it's not going to last for long. That is actually helpful.
Feel free to highlight the part of this thread where you're helping anyone do anything, I can't find it.

If you're warning people about Sophia without concrete knowledge about big three future plans, you're doing harm.

No. But you can take a Sophia test and that could happen and no one could tell if you did it. In fact you could skip the middle man and just let someone else take the test for you.
You insist on trying to change the meanings of words because you're just flat wrong about this and you can't admit it. "Proctoring" means what it means. Biometric typing magic is not proctoring.
Even at B&M schools open exams are quite common.

Oh, let's see...Don't study at Sophia, becouse they use biometric exams. It's not real proctoring. In fact, you might be a cheater. Don't pay membership fees, becouse you won't be able to transfer to any of the big three colleges "pretty soon." Hurry up, or you're lose all the credits! Those warnings disocurage people from considering Sophia, or call for an immediate withdrawal from the platform. If you don't see the harm in that, I can't really help you. Where is the knowledge to back up these warnings? Any actual evidence?

I never said not to study there though. I never called anyone a cheater either. I never said not to pay them fees.
Are you just gonna sit here and lie all day or what's the point of this?

I think that you're intelligent enough to know that I've drawn the implications from your views. By raising questions about their proctoring, you're pointing out that they aren't really preventing fraud. How would a university administrator understand your comment? How is that not discouraging? You did point to the potential of cheating on their platform without considering other outlets where this is merely possible. If you're saying that people should transfer their credits pretty soon, you are implicitly saying that Sophia doesn't have a future with regard to the big three. That sounds to me like discourging people from making a commitment to Sophia membership.

Me: You need to have proctoring if you want to do exams for credit
You: they do
Me: No
You: Yes
Me: Here's how proctoring stops people from doing things that Sophia doesn't stop. That's why it's different
You: You want people to cheat and for Sophia to go out of business!
Ok bro

I'm sure you don't mean it like this, but jsh1138 your messages really come off sounding like you're just upset that other students aren't going to have to take as long to finish their degrees as it took you to finish yours and that somehow makes them terrible.
