Uniathena.com is partnered with Universities and awarding bodies to offers academic programs (undergraduate diploma, postgraduate certificates and diplomas, master's).
Unlike the postgraduate programs offered by the universities, postgraduate certificates and diplomas that are offered by awarding bodies do not have admission requirements.
You do not need a Bachelor's degree to enroll so a person could theoretically do one of these programs and then go into a US master's where the requirement is a Bachelor's degree or higher.
You can finish a postgraduate certificate in as little as 21 days and a postgraduate diploma in as little as 2 months.
Of course, ultimately it would be up to the foreign evaluation service's results.

Thoughts?
Or you can theoretically try a non-US school like ENEB.

There are many UK institutions that don't require a Bachelors, you just need a Level 7 and then do a Top-Up program...

This could be a potential hack if evaluators view these as similar to ENEB. It would be beneficial if they counted as equivalent or a way to backfill for a Bachelor's degree with ECE.

Just be aware that if you're in the US people will question you about your bachelor (or lack of one if they see a master on the resume, many won't buy the in the UK its rather normal statement). There is a somewhat recent thread about someone here who skipped it and is having all sorts of problems while looking for work all because they have no bachelor on their resume (I think they're working on a UMPI BLS so they can 'check the box'). We may be ahead of many countries with CBE and online options, but we still want a certain order of things. A master with no bachelor doesn't fit into resume format order of things. Plus if you've come here you learn it can be so inexpensive to get a bachelor on the resume, a RA one at that. I don't understand why someone in the US would try to skip it up front.

Hey, if someone wants to go about it a different way then you then that's okay. Additionally, I really doubt most employers question or won't hire someone who skipped BA, yes there will be some but I don't think it's as common as you think.
I'm from Canada, not the US though and am planning on transferring to a BA once I've had enough fun with certs, diplomas and Masters for the time being.

Not having a bachelor's degree is an issue for many online job applications. You have to fill out that section as it can't be bypassed quite often. And yes explaining how one has a master's degree without first earning a bachelor's degree could be an issue in the US as it's not possible in the US to complete a master's without a bachelor's with only 1 exception we've seen on here, but that doesn't mean the job search won't be challenging and explaining it away in interviews would be a challenge as well. If one was to say they hacked their way through their degree, it would come across poorly in an interview.

Many people in the US do this as well, it's not just the UK example I mentioned earlier, for some the MOOC options from Coursera/EdX, they don't require a prospective student to have a Bachelors. You can complete 'bridging' classes of the Masters program and get accepted into the program after the first two, three, or four classes of the Masters is completed satisfactorily... These are all 'conditional' acceptance into a Masters without the need of a Bachelors.

Well I have two more hacks.
1) You see, I have a Bachelor's in Japanese, and no one has ever asked to see the degree or transcript unless it was for visa purposes, because I have never found a job I could get in the field with it. No hiring manager has asked me what getting the degree was like, or anything like that - not even when I was in Japan. So when the application form or interviewer asks you for your Bachelor's, just say it was in (random, completely unrelated subject you actually know something about). Most people are not even going to bring it up.
2) My coworker took a test which gives him a time-limited official state equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, supposedly valid in all areas a Bachelor's degree is, and it also enables him to get a Master's degree. This "degree" is valid for 5 years before he has to take a test to renew it again. It was in something like geology for cement mixing, and he has another one in nuclear something-something. Anyways he said there are preparation programs and you can take college courses for it, but he just self-studied and passed and now can list a Bachelor's on his resume. But like me, it hasn't gotten him any jobs so no one really asks him about it.
Finished: 2 AAs, 1 BA, 2 trade schools, 3 ENEB MAs, JLPT N1.
In Progress: 1 WGU MA, 2 Mastercurssos, 3 more ENEB MAs, teacher license.

What's the name of the test your coworker took?
