Oh well, maybe December graduation
that's a HUGE bummer. ;( What are you planning to do?
EDIT: nevermind! Congrats on ALEKS

Question for the application: is there a separate application for the BOG degree? Or just the application to graduate after you send transcripts? One of my brothers emailed Nancy a few weeks ago to ask, but she has not responded. He has 86 credits from 2 different CCs but didn’t fill the right slots to graduate, got sucked into work/family life.

EDIT: nevermind! Congrats on ALEKS Well hopefully I'm saying thanks for the congratulations.
Now I'm a little concerned about the the study.com course I expected to fill the computer literacy requirement. Nancy told me that an information literacy or computer science class would fill it. ACE recommends the course to be library science or digital literacy. For some reason she seems to think that it won't fulfill the requirement. She doesn't seem as worried about the social science as I was.
I guess until they evaluate my ACE courses I don't know if I'll graduate in August or not.
I am really excited about the degree. It may not seem like much to most but it means a lot to me. I will be the first in my family to ever receive a college degree. My wife has a bachelor's degree in early education, but my side has never gotten a degree or anything.
I'm 41 years old, my hope is that it will show my children that you can accomplish it if you put your mind to it.

Are you able to knock out a couple of the free TEEX cyber security courses? Those are free and will count towards the digital literacy, but they are quite cumbersome

Only "Cyber Security for Everyone" and "Cyber Security for IT Professionals" come in for digital literacy. The other comes in as a business elective.

I already have those. She didn't seem to think that those would work for the requirements either.

Odd, they came in as INFO 1999, same as my Computer Hacking & IR class.

I really think that I have everything. I guess I'll find out for sure in a few days. I have about 74 credits plus 10 military credits. Surely I can get the 60 I need out of them.

My son rec'd a letter in the mail that they have all of his transcripts and records. This is the 3rd (I think) regarding admission, etc. I logged into his Felix but there is nothing to see- and I know it can take several months.
At what point in the process does Nancy Parks enter the equation? Should my son send her an email and reach out, or does the college send her his name since he's listed the BOG as his program? I want to push forward, but it's hard knowing if that's expected or annoying.
