You're right. From Ms. Parks herself:
Only credits that carry letter grades can count toward an Area of Emphasis. If you don't have an obvious area of emphasis, your transcript notation will say "General Studies." Frankly, I don't think that's a big deal. It doesn't show up on your actual diploma, and your computer certifications can then be an extra line item or two on your resume.
Thanks for checking on that. Maybe we could make a form post in General discussion and see if there is any interest in adding a page or pages for the BOG degree.
Can any of us members add a page or do we need an admin to do that?
If members can add to the wiki I'll make a form post and starting working on it in the next few days. I think it would be really helpful for BOG students.

Welp. It seems I'm short:
According to Mrs Parks I'll need:
3 additional credits of a Social Science course (Psychology; Sociology; Economics, for example) and 3 additional credits of a Math OR a Science course.
I was thinking either the College Mathematics or College Algebra CLEP for the Math, I don't remember if ALEKS will be still ACE certified till the end of June so I guess that's my best option for Math. As for Social Science, any suggestions? Something off of Straighterline?

I was in your boat last year when I was applying for graduation. I cranked out a Straighterline class in about 4 days.
I found that Straighterline Intro to Psych was quite interesting. Their Sociology was quite fun, as well.

Awesome, thanks for the tip. Maybe I'll take both classes you mentioned just for the fun of it and just in case. As for math I'll probably be going College Algebra, I could have sworn I took this class in CC, guess not..
Well upon further inspection, it just seems I'm missing a science course. Any Straighterline courses that'll satisfy a science course?

If you like Astronomy, the DSST was easy....I took it after watching the Crash Course.

I already got astronomy in my transcript so that won't work. I'm thinking intro to biology on SL and Intro to sociology on SL as well or intro to Environmental Science on SL would probably works as well for the science course.

Intro to environmental science at SL is easy and actually informative. BIO is more of a pain in the ass but still doable.
*Edit Intro to Environmental science is open book on the quizzes and has a open book final as well.
