They will check with the National Student Clearinghouse to make sure they have them all, and you'll have to provide it, even if all you took there was a PE course. This may come up for the Pierpont AAS people if Pierpont reports the degree to NSC which causes future grad or undergrad schools to insist on a transcript Pierpont won't provide. They are going to have to fix this.
Edit: It occurs that to me it would be another kind of bad if they DON'T report the degree to NSC. If you claim the degree and a future school (or maybe employer) tries to verify you attended Pierpont, and can't, you could stand accused of academic fraud.
Agreed!! I sent an email to Lyla Grandstaff (Vice President Student Services and Enrollment Management) explaining that not having access to retrieve my (son's) transcript via Pierpont's registrar looks like academic fraud. This was back in August, here was her reply:

Dear Mr. Derosa,
First I apologize for not getting back to you. Yes, we are working on getting all BOG students a final transcripts. I agree, it is very important.

That's it - nothing else. I followed up asking about the implementation timeline, no reply.

Unfortunately, they do not report to NSC, if you did not earn credit there. I have an active account with NSC, through one of my existing B&M colleges. Although I am a 2017 graduate of Pierpont's AAS program, my NSC record shows nothing, not hide nor hair of anything to do with Pierpont. Every other college that I have ever attended in the past 20 years is on there. Not Pierpont. When I asked Nancy about this, via email, she replied....... "if you only graduated from Pierpont but did not take classes from here, you likely will not show up in the Clearinghouse. "
So Chilli, if I were to ask you to prove to me that you ACTUALLY earned a degree.... could you? How?
