I've been eyeballing doctoral programs for years now. What I don't care for is the cost! I know you get what you pay for - but many programs are 75k+ for a Doctorate in Business Administration. Sheesh! However, I found a Ph.D. in Business Administration program from UNCG for $30,000. It's a fairly new program having started in 2019. I know a Ph.D. and a DBA do not have the same purpose, so I'm trying to weigh the pros and cons. The UNCC DBA program is about 85K.
Don't miss out on something great just because it might also be difficult.

LOL, the business school is named after me! Of course you should go to UNCG PhD in Business as it's an AACSB ranked school!
https://bryan.uncg.edu/about/rankings/ , this is the cheapest I've seen a PhD or DBA from an AACSB, that trumps a few of the other degree plans I was looking at for around $25K-$35K. Thanks for the sharing... BTW, PhD is MUCH BETTER than the DBA, unless you're not doing research/teaching, otherwise at all the levels, they're pretty much the same but geared towards different modalities.

Unfortunately, I'm going to miss the April 1st deadline and there are no spring or summer admissions so I'm going to have to wait until next year.
