I have taken a few classes through Arizona State's earned admission program, and I have been loving the setup. Does anyone know if there are other options like this one? Completely online sources from colleges where you get an actual letter grade.

Well, many many colleges offer fully online classes. If you're looking for a cheap way to get letter grades beyond EA at ASU, I recommend BYU Independent Study (is.byu.edu). The classes have the bonus of being self-paced and I've had a good experience with them so far.
