Online credit course at community college

I applied for admission in st Louise community college from Bangladesh. They sent me email with my stlcc id saying that "student id number (A number) is sent in a different email". but I didn't get any email. When I sent email to them they said I would get it in a separate email. Then I waited, checked spam and when I got no email, I again emailed them. They said I need to go to the campus in person.what to do?

They didn't ask for any documents. I applied as a non degree student

@obonis, Please provide more details, I don't think many (if any members at all) have applied to that specific institution. It's great asking questions, but we're volunteers and don't work for the institution. Your main objective is to speak with the 'higher ups or tech support' at the institution to see if your login details can be forwarded to your email again. You may be better off providing the details from the addendum and template, then explain what happened instead of 'applied to St. LCC, not received student id, what to do next?'. Yes, you can update us on the outcome (with much more info)... If you need the extra help, again, go towards the higher ups and tech support for extra assistance...
