I just got the e-mail, too. That is great news!
Alleycat, I think TECEPs are the same - must wait 90 days to retake. That is what a book I have says, I don't know if they have changed it since.

It really is great news. The intimidation factor of knowing that failure means 6 months before taking the exam again can really mess with your mind. Here's hoping that CLEP adjusts their testing policy, too.

That is great news. I might fail my dsst tonight so this is comforting. I haven't studied as much as I normally do for the environment dsst so we will see how it goes. Three months is going to give me enough time to complete it before my tesc yearly tuition runs out.

LOL Ryoder... you'll do just fine. Your scores are normally very high anyhow, so maybe you'll just score more like the rest of us :p

Yeah I guess you are right.
Ok I passed it with a 71 tonight. It was very doable if you read the exam feedback and go through the flashcards.
Coming off of biology studying helped also.
Now I am officially CLEP/DSSTd out. The rest of my natural science credits will come from TESC courses.
Sorry to hijack the post.

My secret to success has been to overstudy and study multiple sources. There is nothing worse than being surprised to see a question on a test.
