That officially move cosc out of the big3. With all the restrictions added last 2 years I just feel that getting a degree this way may one day disappear...

The Big 3 is due to being able to transfer in 114cr (113cr at EC). That's 95% of the degree. They are the only schools that I know of that allow this. The fact that some of those credits have to be RA is a bummer, but it doesn't take them out of "the Big 3" category.
Anyone w/o RA credits can switch to EC or TESU.

The Big 3 all accept 114/113cr. COSC still does this. 24cr of RA have to be brought in, but for many that's not an issue. If you don't like the school's policy, switch to TESU or EC.

I would hope that COSC doesn't count foreign credits as "alternate" credits. But the only way to know for sure would be to have them evaluated and sent in. You'd need to have them evaluated anyway for any uni.

They wont count, regionally accresited is pretty clear, theres 6 agencies that grant regional accreditation if your credits arent from a source that comes from one of those 6 it wont count toward the 24

I'm going to guess that you're in a different boat, and that although they won't count as RA per se, they will still count as something like that, and if you have 24cr from there, you'll be fine.

I just emailed COSC to ask for the list of providers that they have agreements with. It would have been more helpful if they just said you can get credits from these providers:" and told us who they are rather than saying it has to be on the list of partners with agreements in place, then not saying who those providers are.
