Nat. Science or Biology??
#1
I need to take one of these CLEPS, any suggestions on which one I should take. I'm not really a science type of girl, so which one would be best for me?
Thanks,
charleydear

[COLOR="Navy"]Aloha!!

The NS exam is built on Bio (50%) of the exam, so for me, and what I did, was to take BIO first to build my strengths and then brushed up on BIO when I took the NS exam.

I think the Natural Sciences exam will be easier, as it is one of the general exams.

That was my thought. However, does IC have flashcards available, I didn't see NS listed? Or should I just study the Biology flashcards?
After looking at some of the other members, it seems most have taken the NS exam over Biology....

if you're not a science type Natural Science is the way to go because it requires less in-depth knowledge of any one area, but a lot of common knowledge, like the phenomenon that makes the outside of your beer glass moist. REA publishes a great prep guide for Natural Science. If needed round out with Cliffs.com, encyclopedia, Idiot's Guides from the library, videos...

Wow, thanks for the information and the links. Looks like I'm on to Natural Science then. Also going for American Government... Wish me luck! I'll need it.
