Yes, that's true. I contacted them and they said they don't require TOEFL or IELTS for undergraduate degrees. I have already taken TOEFL last week for TESU. COSC is my plan B if things don't work out, though.

You need ENG 1 and 2 from a RA school.

Can you recommend me the cheapest that ENG 1 and 2 from a RA school? Arizona state University got them cheap $99 however they course start date for English 101 is JUN 09, 2020 and for Eng 102 is AUG 18, 2020.
As per TOEFL, the home test is not available in my region and I will have to travel far to take the exam. So I think ENG 1 and 2 from any RA is my best choice.

Take ENG101 self-paced. ENG102 is currently not available self-paced, and 18th is past 17th = much more expensive. Hopefully self-paced will become available soon.
I'm talking about ASU.

Great, I will register for ENG 1. Do you know other RA university with Eng 2?

Every school has ENG 1 and 2. But I'd say wait for ASU to make it available as self-paced. It's about cost, so check your local schools as that'll be in-state tuition.

Jones College has Eng. Comp. II for $75/credit hour this summer.
https://www.jcjc.edu/summer/ At $225, it's not as good as ASU but it's still pretty cheap for something that's not alternate credit.

Yeah, that's another possibility. As I said, hopefully ASU will open ENG 2 as self-paced any time soon.
I wanted to point out international students from English speaking countries don't need a language test, so maybe that's applicable for you.
