It seems like some of the Georgia colleges have great eTuition rates. Maybe it would be worth it to take a look at all of them.

I am going to contact Middle Georgia and find out if I am missing anything. If not, this would be a great source for System Analysis for those working on a BSBA-CIS. I would be tempted to knock out a couple of IT courses. I will update the post when I hear back from them.

I received an email from the Bursar's office verifying the $127.27 rate per credit for both in-state and out-of-state students.
