Last minute Natural Science help!!!
#1
I have not been on the forum much lately because I have been SOOOOOOOOO busy. :willynilly: I have been teaching full time I have 2 science, 2 math and 2 computer classes in Middle School. The regular teacher had an accident and is unavailable. I have spent almost every waking hour lately either preparing lesson plans, teaching, sleeping or studying for my last exam Natural Science.

I was supposed to take this exam last Saturday, but I was not ready. I have done a lot of studying over the weekend and in the evenings this week so tomorrow is the day.

I just feel very overwhelmed by the range of knowledge for this exam.banghead I have taken the official CLEP prep book practice exam (got about 46% correct) 2 Peterson's (did horrible like 35% & 41%) and a REA exam ( about 55%). I do not have much time left to study, I will use my prep time and lunch at school tomorrow and maybe 30-45 minutes before the test.

So my question for anyone who has taken the test, where should I concentrate the rest of my study. I have fair to good recall on chemistry, physics, earth, and environmental science. I have not taken a bio course in over 30 years. I have reviewed DKPCOFGS( I love the dumb king thing), mitosis, miosis and cell organelles. I did the cosmos4kids for the astronomy. I feel like I know a little bit about a lot of things, but I don't know what I need more of.

All suggestions appreciated, I don't want my last exam to be my first failure. Our last day of school isn't until June 22nd I don't know when I would have time to fit in 6 other credits.

HELP PLEASE!!!!:ack:

Hooray Linda! You are almost done!

I wished I had looked at a periodic table the day of the exam. That would have helped to refresh my memory for several questions.

I was glad I had a good foundation in Biology. It sounds like you are strong in all the rest of the subjects.

Check the Petersons CLEP Success book to see if it has any information that would help you at this point: http://www.petersons.com/pdf/free/CLEPSuccess.pdf
