Hello everyone my name is David and I am from Canada. Currently I am working as a land surveyor and I am looking for a career change. I am interested in teaching English as a second language. I believe this would suite me because I was enrolled in French Immersion in elementary and high school. Furthermore, I also have learned Spanish in the household. Learning both of these languages has given me an appreciation of what it takes to learn a new language. I also have experience teaching students in an aquatic setting and I have an online TESOL certificate.
Currently, I have studied in university and in a community college. I have approximately taken 15 courses in university and have successfully obtained a college diploma. I am hoping to use these credits in conjunction with a online degree program to obtain a bachelors degree of any sort. This would enable me to apply for jobs as a English second language teacher. I would like to know where I can start and what steps I should take to complete a bachelors degree.
Sincerely,
David
