I created a spreadsheet for you, it looks a little complicated in the Area of Study, but it's not. You need to choose at least 1 MAR course and 1 ACC course (or a FIN course, but the MAR and ACC are easy if you're going to do Study.com or SL).
It will also depend on what TESU brings some of your non-core business courses in as. If they're all LL, then you'll get one bumped out, and will need to replace it with an additional UL course. They are easy to find, lots of options.
If you have any questions, let me know.

Outstanding! I truly appreciate the effort! One question however moving forward - do I apply to TESC before I start knocking out courses? Or do I finish the bulk of them and then apply?

You want to go ahead and apply I think. That way you'll see exactly how your courses are applied to the degree. Also if you end up taking any CLEP or DSST tests, you'll be able to send the scores in directly for free. Be sure to register for at least one course at TESU fairly soon (a TECEP at $114 will do) to become enrolled so that the degree requirements get locked in. They're subject to change, usually in June.
Since some of the alternative credit sources charge per transcript, you may want to wait until you have a significant number (or all) of the courses done that go on a particular transcript before sending it in.

Awesome! Thank you for the heads up. I had a question regarding the timeline of events as well. Would it be more effective to utiliza FEMA credits or something similar and finish theough COSC perhaps? Is this feasible?
To elaborate, I'm curious about what would be the quickest way to earn my Bachelors essentially - excuse my ignorance if I'm misinformed.
Once again, huge thanks to everyone's input and support!
I know nothing about COSC, except that it's about the same price as TESU. Pro: they accept FEMA credits. Con: they require 30cr of UL as opposed to TESU's 12cr of UL in the AOS for the BSBA.
I don't think COSC will be any faster than TESU, so I wouldn't count on that being a tie-breaker for you.
