How to study for the Biology CLEP test (6 cr hrs)
#1
Hello, can anyone tell me how long they studied for biology test and if you used any other tools? This is my first CLEP test and I'm an accounting major. I don't remember any biology from High School. I'm trying to decide how to study and how long before I can test. Thanks!!!

Hi! I passed with a 56 a few weeks ago having last taken bio 5 years ago in freshman year of hs. It is a tough test. I used instacert, doing ALL of the flash cards over and over. I probably did each individual set at least 3 times, then put it on an overall randomizer and would attempt to get at least 60-65% of them right. I listened to most of Crash Course Biokogy while walking places. I practiced questions from an AP bio book and random online websites, and also looked at a lot of diagrams on google images to learn the cellular respiration cycles and plant anatomy. I studied for about a week. Not impossible! But depends on how well you retain information, definately, as memorization is second to understanding in this case.

Don't miss out on something great just because it might also be difficult.
