Help with UMPI Plan

So I have been around since 2012 in this space. Got ACE credit ages ago but things have changed and now I'm helping a friend. He is letting me help him but knows nothing about this space. I know all the terms and how this works just need help with the process.

Friend in his 50's Maine resident HS diploma and zero credits but super smart and over 30yrs business man experience. I'm helping him get a degree. Due to Maine resident UMPI seems like a no brainer, not even considering other schools.

The Goal:
Pierpont AAS in Business
UMPI BBA Business Management/Leadership

The courses we'd like to use:

• ASU EA CIS 194 1cr (cause it's RA graded 1 cr and I think it sounds easy)
  
• Google Project Management Cert (hes heard of it, relevant knowledge/skills and the fact you get certificate that could look good on resume)
  
• Google Digital Marketing Cert (same reason as project man cert)
  
• CSM Course (or whatever it is called now) (because I did this course and it is amazing! I don't care if it only transfers as elective. I love this course everyone should take it.)
  
• The rest all Sophia (because it seems the most easy/cost effective/convenient/ and I did Sophia and liked it)
  
• Final courses at UMPI
  

Here is what I need help with:

• Make a plan. Can you tell me which specific Sophia courses to do?
  
• Which courses to do at UMPI and in which order?
  
• Which Sophia courses are for Pierpont and which ones are for UMPI? It is quite possible my friend might take few month break after aas and come back later for bachelors. or even just stop after aas for now. not sure though.
  
• Can you make a plan step by step for like when to apply for peirpont, credly, umpi, etc. The only thing I know is think I'd want my friend to ASU first (because RA and he at least knows what RA is) then CSM (cause super easy and fun), then Google, then leaving only Sophia for last and do it all at once. And do the Sophia needed for Pierpont first then do the Sophia needed for UMPI. I don't know the order to apply for things and the timeline because I think it could take months with waiting on Peirpont, UMPI, etc. And I've never used Credly only the old system. Break it down into simple steps for me with all the accounts need to create and things to apply for in order in the most efficient order. We are both the kind of people who like things broken down into simple actionable steps.
  
• Would it possible to go from zero to both degrees in hand in seven months? And if so how difficult would that be?
  
• Any other tips, opinions, etc.

It has a Peirpont AAS and the person doing it might stop at AAS for now. So the AAS and google certs get done first for career purpsoses.

When you complete those courses you will receive a badge from Credly in which you can send to either school via the transcript send feature, it's free.

At this point with Sophia having biology, and Spanish I, I think it's pretty safe to just skip Study.com and just put all your effort in Sophia and go straight to UMPI.

Pierpont takes a long time to finish/process degrees. You'd likely finish your BA at Maine before you even get your Pierpont transcript processed.

I did my entire BA with Sophia & UMPI in 7 months total, and took a 1.5 month break.

Now, it would've been even faster for me, because Sophia has extra courses that can transfer in such as Spanish I, Biology,

I wouldn't even bother slowing down your progress with the Google Certifications. Focus all 100% on sophia first and finish everything you can there, then go to UMPI. you can do the Coursera courses later. There's so many easy credits on Sophia, that Sophia will be simply faster.

Pierpont def takes some time to sort things out. The next grad date is May 12th so it's more than likely you'd have to wait until the next date after that.

If you go through the American Dream Academy to do Coursera courses I found the easiest ones were:

Google IT Professional Support Certificate – 12cr
Google Data Analytics Certificate - 12cr
Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Certificate - 9cr
IBM Cybersecurity Analyst Professional Certificate - 10cr

Project management and Google UX have capstone and different projects you must complete.
The Meta Social Marketing also has some projects which is a lot for only 1 crt., and the Salesforce one is a lot of work through trailhead for only 1 credit, which wasn't worth it unless you absolutely need it. The rest on Coursera are mostly trials and not fully included.

CSM is a great course for 3 crts, as well as CIS 194 (Bus Tech Fund) from ASU which is only 1 crt as well but it gives you a GPA grade of 4.0 which is required by Pierpont.

Did you transfer any of these to Peirpont or UMPI? Or are you just going off the ACE recommended credit for those?

Everything was on Sophia except for ASU, CSM, and Google IT.

UMPI I am in the middle of them looking at my credits so I'm not sure which they will accept as of yet.
