Yes I've emailed them about it
Hello Alistair –

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

It is possible that the code has reached its capacity for the month.

I can investigate and get back with you.
Hopefully they offer me a new code

I've applied to TESU and I'm waiting on the evaluation, I want to start in April and would like to know how many credits I need in order to do the capstone at TESU. Right now am thinking to do the capstone, information literacy thing that to my knowledge need to be done at TESU, and 2-3 other upper level classes at TESU but all in 1 term. Is this possible

You would need to have 100 credits AND most of your UL credits completed to be able to do the capstone. A TESU degree requires 18 UL credits. For a BSBA, 3 of those UL credits must be in the business core, 3 are the capstone, and the remaining 12 would be in the AOS. For a BA, 3 UL credits are in the capstone and the remaining 15 are in the AOS.

We do not recommend doing more than maybe 2 UL classes at once + the capstone. The capstone can be a LOT of work.

For the BACS, Software Engineering is a relatively easy class for being UL. IIRC, Artificial Intelligence may also be relatively easy to complete. The Network Technology class is supposed to be easier than the TECEP, but I think it's still not an easy class.
In progress:
TESU - BA Computer Science; BSBA CIS; ASNSM Math & CS; ASBA

Completed:
Pierpont - AAS BOG
Sophia (so many), The Institutes (old), Study.com (5 courses)
ASU: Human Origins, Astronomy, Intro Health & Wellness, Western Civilization, Computer Appls & Info Technology, Intro Programming
Strayer: CIS175, CIS111, WRK100, MAT210

OK thank you. So 2 Upper + capstone +sos110 that's 12 I need 16 credits to meet the residency requirements  does taking TECEP help with the residency requirements? Or are their other easier classes that can be finished in a day or a week.

No, TECEPs don't help with residency requirement. But ePacks do. Your final two classes would be the CIS-107 ePack (a single exam that requires little/no study) and PLA-100. That brings your total up to exactly 16. If you would rather not rely on the results of a single exam, switch to ART-100 or Critical Reasoning ( https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-Course ) instead of CIS-107.

Hi I need a little help understanding these requirements. For now I can only think of uploading ss let me know if there is a better way or if you need to see more.
Also I was corresponding with an enrollment advisor who is insisting that a new student cannot study more than 15 credots per term  is there a way around this.
To update I'm just waiting on English comp and public speaking to be graded but otherwise I've completed the GE stuff. I'm ready to tackle the AOS I just don't understand what I need to do. Thanks

You need to complete Discrete Math, Operating Systems, and Computer Architecture.

In the AOS electives, Group 1 will be upper-level electives and Group 2 will be lower-level electives. You need 15 upper-level credits within the area of study (3A to 3H) and the liberal arts capstone (for a total of 18 upper-level credits).

Here is a sample plan: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Sa...ience_Plan

Here is the catalog listing: https://tesu.smartcatalogiq.com/Current/...er-Science
Ongoing: MLIS

June 2022, Thomas Edison State University (TESU): Second degree - BA in Computer Science + ASNSM in Mathematics + Cert. in CIS + Cert. in Operations Mgmt.
e-Packs: Computer Concepts; Industrial Psych.
Guided Study: Comp. Architecture
Online: Intro. to PLA; Database Mgmt.; Software Eng.; Data Structures; Liberal Arts Capstone; DSI-610 (Statistics.com)

May 2019, a residential, RA institution: BA in Political Science and Educational Studies
Relevant equivalencies: MAT-321; MAT-431; STA-315

carrythenothing already has you covered for the AOS. For the 15+ credits per term, what are you asking them to do? In order to enroll in the capstone, you'll need to have most of your UL credits already completed. This means at least 3 courses that transfer in as 300-level or above. Since you do not have any UL credits in your AOS yet, I would drop the discussion for now. At the best of times, the advisors are going to be unhelpful. Right now, though, you cannot proceed further at TESU unless you want to do two flat-rate terms (which I don't think you do?).

Once you have the UL credits transferred to TESU, then you can go back and say "I want to enroll in the cornerstone, capstone, PLA-100, and these three other courses/ePacks".

Computer Architecture at SDC doesn't have the best reputation, but the TESU course is worse. So you definitely want to take Computer Architecture at SDC. For the rest, it's going to depend on your preferences and what you plan to take at TESU. If you plan to take Software Engineering AND Artificial Intelligence at TESU, I would suggest Comp Sci 303 Database Management and Comp Sci 302 Systems Analysis & Design as relatively easy UL courses. If you plan to take just Software Engineering at TESU, take all of SDC's UL courses (as listed on the linked wiki plan).

Bear with me I am going to ask questions as I process. I thought u only needed any 100 credits to start the capstone and not the UL credits as well. ok so I need 15 UL CS credits + 1 UL capstone and the other 18 credits have to be CS related but not necessarily UL. My plan was to do the capstone + SOS + 3UL classes + 1 credit (PLA-100) with TESU starting April to meet the residency requirements, Daver MIS, Comp. Arch and the rest at SDC as suggested by you. would this work?
 ok
  for the required courses CS
i have intro to programming and calculus I
from study.com I will do data structures, discrete maths operating systems and comp Arch
the remaining 18 credits, so 6 classes I want to take 3 classes at TESU for the other 3 I can take any CIS or COS classes
for TESU i will do softEng, Comp sci 302&303 all UL
Computer Science 306: Computer Architecture (UL) at SDC + MIS at Daver for 15 UL credits
April 1st is the deadline so, if i quickly do discrete maths and data structures  and maybe comp arch + my transfer + GE i am at well over 100. So i am thinking classes go from april - june 26, i want the September graduation, for this all external transcripts must be submitted by august 1 giving me 1 month so complete the undone(3-4) SDC classes

please correct me if I'm wrong
thank you for taking the time to help me
