if NCCRS credit is acceptable, Coopersmith Career Consulting has "Introduction to HTML5 and CSS3 (TCH-105)" for 3 LL credits

Thanks! Do you any experience with the course or the company?

I didn't take this course, but I have taken an upper level psychology course with them. It was quite the slog and not the best designed test, but to be fair to them, a company representative has come to this forum and stated that the test is not well done and they know of the issues with that course and apparently it's not representative of the rest of their stuff, but I only took that one with them. The folks at the company itself were easy to deal with and everything went fairly smoothly and they got a transcript over to TESU pretty fast.

Kentucky Community & Technical College System: CIT-155: Web Page Development.
American Public University: WEBD-121: Web Design Fundamentals. Plus your local community colleges would surely offer this. Perhaps the 4-years, too.

I second the community college option, maybe cheaper too if you're in California as it's $31-35/credit.
