Calling and emailing the registrar might be an option (the best option probably), as they're the ones who finalize everything and they're the higher ups to make sure everything is complete and processed accordingly... I do that often when something doesn't work well at the academic advisor or success coach level...

I checked my unofficial transcript this morning, and it says my BOG degree has been awarded. However, it doesn't mention the history AOE I qualified/asked for. So, I need to reach out again.

For reference, how should the AOE be listed on the unofficial transcripts? Mine looks like this:
