I need the ACE or NCCRS courses to be on an accredited college's transcript to meet the requirements of a position opening. There are no TECEPs or Uexcels that offer what I need, so I will likely go with Straighterline or Coopersmith.

Straighterline and Coopersmith aren't colleges, though, any more than Sophia is.

It's not clear from your posts whether the credits must have been earned from an accredited institution, or if all you need is a transcript from an accredited institution that shows a given number of credits for a particular set of courses or subjects.

As touched on upthread, a transcript will identify transfer credits as such and detail where they were earned, so a transcript from an accredited institution may or may not work for you, depending on the specifics of the job prerequisites.

If you can verify that what you described above is exactly what you need...ACE or NCCRS credits on an accredited college transcript, with no requirement of a particular degree program or award...that's very easy and cheap.  Potentially free, in fact.
