ENEB New Master Thread
Hi everyone,
degreeforum.net has been a great resource for me, so wanted to thank all of you for your hard work. I have completed Sophia credits in the past etc.

I just graduated with my Master (Big Data and Business Intelligence) from ENEB. I really enjoyed the program and did the Classic Methodology version. The feedback was helpful. I love that you can watch videos and presentations by industry experts outside of the business area you are studying. To the individual who posted regarding Canadian equivalency at U of T, thank you. This is something I may pursue later. When you look at comparable programs in Canada that are thousands of dollars, there are a lot of similar subjects. Given the degree is coming from the business side of things, it is incredibly easy to pick up more technical and data science skills to complement this degree without spending a fortune. Just wanted to give my perspective. I see people with similar degrees in my home country not able to find work. I feel incredibly fortunate to be given the opportunity to study Big Data and BI with the experts from ENEB. Really happy with my experience.

My mom just finished her first ENEB Master's and is excited to get it evaluated. ENEB wants to charge $184 to issue an Isabel diploma. Really hoping for a sale...

I found a new way to use the ENEB diploma. I forgot that my original (brick and mortar) Bachelor's degree was evaluated by a US foreign credit evaluator as equivalent to an accredited degree but below a 3.0 GPA. I just applied for Masters studies at an accredited US university and they require a 3.0 GPA on your undergraduate, or "evidence you have enough academic ability" to get over a 3.0 GPA, so they notified that they were about to reject me. I submitted my ENEB transcript (without an evaluation!) as a supplement to prove academic ability, and they accepted me into the Master's program. I won't name the school or add it to my signature because it has a very small population.
Finished: 2 AAs, 1 BA, 2 trade schools, 3 ENEB MAs.

I literally fought ENEB for MONTHS to get a good price on just a digital University of Isabel diploma and credential, and they FINALLY allowed me to purchase for $150.  Considering how much all other options were, with a sale, this was the best and least expensive.  The ONLY way I was able to get this from them was chatting through WhatsApp, which I hadnt before.  My diploma was uploaded in about a month and a half, and when I verify it, its in the UI1 database.  I just printed it out on resume paper and framed it.

IEE now charges $45 to order an official evaluation report or to send it to a third party.

I was looking at Reed and found many level 7 and level 8 business and education courses that are RQF accredited (a few by universities) and which provided doible the ECTS credits than ENEB. I'm wondering if those credits, in addition to/submitted along with the ENEB degree(s) and the Isabel Degree would result in more favorable evaluations by NACES members. Is it possible that could result in U.S. regional or national accreditation, especially since it's done on a course by course basis and much of the degree wouldn't even originate with ENEB?  If so, it seems possible to get it done for a lower cost and with less time and probably less composition intensive work than UMPI. I hear the writing at UMPI is overwhelming for many people.

Just a thought.

Source - I enrolled with a European Bachelor's (no general ed credits and no Education credits) into their Masters.

WGU also accepts NACES evaluations. Source - I had to use one for them to accept my European Bachelor's.

Additionally, most states that offer "emergency teaching licenses" and emergency substitute teacher licenses offer them to anyone of any Bachelor's degree regardless of what subject your BA was in, and regardless of if it had any Education courses or not. A foreign one just has to be NACES evaluated, so ENEB would pass. Most teachers I talk to got their first jobs on an emergency license and then enrolled in a teacher preparation program (aka WGU or something similar) after already having a job as a teacher in a classroom.

Finally, you can also do i-Teach which again accepts NACES members. It doesn't get you a degree but it does get you a state teaching license and gets you into a paid position during your teacher training (student teaching) so, unlike when doing WGU, you don't have to pay for tuition AND go unemployed for 4 months while doing unpaid student teaching.

It is state dependent.   She would need to check her specific state she wishes to teach.  Many are a lot more flexible than others.  I was speaking from what I know here in Arkansas which tends to require closer to traditional routes.
Louisiana has the traditional route that requires student teaching but also has the option of teaching anything you can pass the content area exam in, if you have a Bachelor's. However, those exams are reputed to be difficult. The Praxis that all teachers must take is also said to be among the most difficult in the nation... and yet our educational attainment here is simply tragic. Our students are failing miserably, which means that our teachers are failing them. Teacher pay is very low and you're better off working as a sub and choosing your own schedule, as long as your insurance and retirement is already sewn up.

Hi, just wanted to clarify:

I think you are referring to Reed Courses https://www.reed.co.uk/courses/ that have CIPD as the awarding body for some of the diplomas, with UK Credits.
120 UK Credits = 60 ECTS, so that's why it looks like "Double" the ECTS, but it's really not.

The idea of "'Stacking" qualifications, such as multiple ENEB awards to get a better evaluation, looks like it has been attempted by quite a few people here. From what's been evidenced so far, or from what I can tell based on people's results that have been posted here and elsewhere, that doesn't seem like it makes any difference. At least not with IEE or ECE.

ENEB is still a solid offering for what it is, affordable and acceptable for professional development and/or continuing education.
The Level 7 Diplomas if they are UK Gov OfQual regulated (RQF regulated), would be recognized worldwide.
Combining a Level 7 PGDip with an ENEB Propio would likely be evaluated as 2 separate credentials.

Level 7 Diplomas require high-quality writing for each module, and are probably more, not less demanding than UMPI or maybe equal to UMPI if I want to be more polite.
The reason is that Level 7 diploma courses/modules are meant to be the taught portion of an MBA. The actual Top-up MBA is when one would do the dissertation at a UK University that accepts the Diploma, and earn the final 60 UK Credits/30 ECTS of the Master's degree.
ENEB writing is easier, I would say. There's always the exam option with ENEB for those who don't want to write so many papers.

Level 7 compared to ENEB Título Propio
Level 7 Diploma is likely to be evaluated as a US Graduate Level Diploma, nothing less, by all NACES members.
Titulo Propio from ENEB, the evaluation has varied.

Level 7 diplomas on Reed Courses seem very expensive at 4-7k on their own?
I think there are much better known and globally recognized awarding bodies such as OTHM, Qualifi, NCC, or Pearson BTEC, and their level 7 diplomas can be earned for about $1000

Then a proper UK MBA top up can be earned for around 4-6k thereafter.
The alternative is to take an ENEB propio for what they are I would say.

No. I think it’s hit its dead end in that aspect. It’s a good deal if you get it for what it is, a propio master
