Καλησπέρα,

Υπάρχει κάποιος που αποφοίτησε πρόσφατα από το Master ENEB και θα μπορούσε να μου δώσει κάποιες πληροφορίες;

Is there anyone who recently graduated from the Master ENEB and could give me some information?

This will be a weird question but, I just started my study with ENEB and on the website it asks for my City/town and Country. I'm planning to move to Germany but I live in Turkey at the moment, and it says the country I pick will be written on my transcript. I'd prefer picking Germany, but would that be a problem because i'm not there yet? How is it shown on the transcript?

And it asks me to upload a photo, will I be able to upload another one if I don't like it?

Thank you!

Only your name and your ID number will be display in your certificate and your transcript, not country

I’m looking for guidance on behalf of a friend who is starting with no college credits and needs to obtain a U.S. regionally accredited bachelor’s-equivalent credential for a government job education incentive.

The proposed approach is to enroll in the ENEB dual master’s program, issued through Universidad Isabel I, using a promotional enrollment and an accelerated test-out method to complete the 120 ECTS as efficiently as possible.

The main question is whether this path alone is sufficient.

Has anyone seen recent cases from 2025 or 2026 where a NACES member agency such as International Education Evaluations or Educational Credential Evaluators granted a full U.S. bachelor’s equivalency based solely on the ENEB dual master’s for someone with no prior undergraduate degree?

Alternatively, is it still necessary to supplement with additional coursework such as Sophia Learning or College Level Examination Program in order to reach a more traditional 120 semester-hour profile that evaluators expect?

For those who have gone through this recently, which evaluation agencies appear to be the most receptive to ENEB credentials in situations where there is no existing bachelor’s degree?

I am also interested in current turnaround times for completing the program using the accelerated test-out path and then obtaining a credential evaluation.

Any recent firsthand experience or insight would be helpful.

ECTS do not convert 1:1 to US credits
120 ECTS = 60 US Credits
ENEB does not award Bachelor Level ECTS
ENEB Master's degrees are 60 ECTS
ENEB Double degrees are 72 ECTS and are not 2 programs. They are a single program that cannot be separated (apart from a recent promo which allowed it)
ENEB Credits are considered 30-36 US Credits depending on if you took a single master (60 ECTS = 30 US Credits) or Double (72 ECTS = 36 US Credits), when evaluated bv ECE.

ENEB Results:
  • ECE (Educational Credential Evaluators) has been known to evaluate the ENEB master’s degree as equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
However, this is a degree-level equivalency, not a credit equivalency. It is not evaluated as 120 U.S. semester credits. Instead, it appears closer to upper-division or graduate-level coursework (roughly ~30 credits).
There is no GPA, only “S” (Satisfactory) grades on a course-by-course report.
  • IEE (International Education Evaluations) has evaluated the same ENEB credential as a U.S. Graduate Certificate, not as a full bachelor’s degree equivalency.
Additionally, there is some confusion around the structure of ENEB programs:
  • The so-called “double master’s” programs are not 120 ECTS.
They are 72 ECTS total, meaning:
    • 60 ECTS (standard master’s)
    • +12 ECTS (additional modules)
  • These are considered a single combined program, not two separate degrees.
  • ENEB typically issues:
    • one diploma with a LONG name on it for the "Double program"
    • plus a corresponding Universidad Isabel I certificate
      (not two independent diplomas)
For further reference, a helpful overview of ENEB evaluation outcomes can be found here:
https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/ENEB

If I were to do it over again, I would do 2 separate ENEB programs. 1 for the Bachelor's level equivalency, and 1 more as a postgraduate qualification.
Not a double program, just not my preference. It is a long name and I find it awkward to write out on a resume.

Think of an example:

ENEB/Ui1 Master in (program) - US Bachelor's Equivalency via ECE
ENEB/Ui1 MBA (can leave it as is or get it evaluated as a Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, etc.)

or

ENEB/Ui1 MBA & Master in (program name) as a single award.

What looks easier to understand?

That was clear from the beginning.

I would do a single ENEB Master's program, without MBA in it and get an ECE evaluation as a US Bachelor's degree

Just a personal preference, as for me, I find it less useful to show an "MBA" as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree, let alone "MBA +something" as 1 program that is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. I've done the MBA + Master wth 72 ECTS, and got both ECE and IEE evaluations, and am speaking from personal experience. It is a personal preference only.

In about 10 days or so, I can tell you what ECE currently evaluates the dual MBA + {random program name here} UI1 diploma as I submitted mine last night. I assume it will be the US RA Bachelor unless something recent has changed.

Looking forward to the evaluation result.
