Good morning everyone!
I would like anyone who can give me answers to the following questions. Unfortunately, ENEB is not responding, while, initially, they answered all questions immediately.
if I choose MBA + Master I follow 2 programs (simultaneously) and 2 Master titles are awarded?
Could we say that the Master Universidad Isabel I (ENEB) is the equivalent Master di I Livello in Italy? (I assume the ENEB master is not level 7 EQF?)
(really, they are answering you from ENEB?)

The ENEB / Universidad Isabel I “Double Master” is effectively a single título propio program (72 ECTS). It may be marketed as two master’s areas, but it is issued as one combined university credential, not two separate official degrees that can be independently used.
It’s also important to clarify the equivalency question:
* The ENEB / Universidad Isabel I Master is a título propio
* A Master di I Livello (Italy) is an official postgraduate degree awarded under the authority of the Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR)
Because of this, they are not equivalent. A título propio is a university-issued private qualification, created under the institution’s own academic authority, rather than a government-regulated degree.
If your goal is specifically a Master di I Livello, there is an alternative pathway through ENEB into Unimarconi, which does lead to an officially recognized Italian qualification.
At first glance, ENEB programs seem very low cost, but it’s worth factoring in the additional fees:
* Universidad Isabel I certification fee
* Physical diploma and transcript costs
* Optional exam pathway costs
By the end, the total investment can approach or exceed $1,600–$2,000, depending on options selected.
So while ENEB can be a useful and flexible learning option, if your priority is formal recognition (EQF Level 7 equivalent / official status), the ENEB → Unimarconi pathway is generally the stronger route.

Thank you very much for the answers.
When you mention "By the end, the total investment can approach or exceed $1,600–$2,000, depending on options selected." - do you mean if I decide to certify the Master through the MARCONI route or will I need to pay these amounts to ENEB anyway regardless of whether I choose Marconi later?

Hi I meant that the regular ENEB route can be $1600-2000+ anyways, so if I had to do it all over again, I would rather have done the ENEB to Unimarconi route from the beginning. The ENEB to Unimarconi progatm was only announced late last year and I’ve just completed the program
Meaning you can skip the ENEB to Universidad Isabel I and just go straight into the ENEB to Unimarconi program, no need to pay for 2 pathways.

It would be great if the ENEB to Unimarconi route led to the Master di II Livello degree based on the entry requirements as some may already have an accredited Masters to begin with. The Livello I Masters is equivalent to a graduate certificate for some foreign evaluators while others may give it a Masters equivalent at best. The Livello II Masters is equivalent to a post-Masters certificate or a Specialist certificate with a minimum Masters equivalent.
IEE would still give it a graduate certificate equivalent but would likely not state a propio (unofficial government status) or continuing education from extended program criteria. All evaluators should honor the Livello Masters Italian degrees since they are government recognized. How they equate them at a degree level is a different story.

I have used IEE 3 times for various purposes and based on their pattern it would not surprise me if they evaluated the 1 Livello precisely as you have predicted.
Once I receive the documents from Unimarconi I will have it evaluated (not at IEE) and share results then. It seems that Unimarconi might not be issuing it until the end of this year.
As for the person who asked about 1 Livello today, it was specific to Italy and EQF level, so how it is evaluated by Foreign Credential Evaluators in the U.S. was not as important for the discussion, but you bring up a very valid point. Technically a propio can be positioned closely with a 1 Livello and an ENEB propio is entirely defensive on its own.
Anyways it will cost $1600-2100 to do a regular ENEB / UI1 Titulo Propio and another $2350 for a 1 Livello thereafter. A total of approx $4450!
What I am suggesting is to skip the Ui1 part and pay only the $2350

I didn't realize the cost for the ENEB portion had risen so much! Mines were between $400 to $500 for my dual Masters and the MBA in total with Universidad Isabel I certifications included. This was from Fall 2024 to Spring 2025 and was likely because I took advantage of the seasonal scholarships.
In any case, the Unimarconi Master would be the best bet without the Universidad Isabel I certification alone. They also have several scholarships at Unimarconi as well which may be possible to obtain while pursuing the ENEB program.

If I choose the Marconi route from the beginning (without first studying only at ENEB), is the teaching and assessment method the same as that of ENEB? (if I remember correctly, ENEB does not have exams, only assignments)?

There are 9 modules, 1 Master’s Final Project, and a final exam, all done via the ENEB online platform.
The ENEB to Unimarconi program is detailed on this page link:

This isn't what anyone asked, but I think it's of value for those who speak Spanish to note that Unimarconi masters are available through many different providers in the Spanish-speaking world. For those who speak Spanish, there are likely deals that are similar in price and don't require completing a titulo propio at ENEB.
