ENEB & Mexican PhD Questions

I recently became very interested in the Emagister PhD program at the University of San Miguel in Mexico. Does anyone know about this? Can it be recognized as a doctor by WES in Canada or the United States?

They have physical presence and most of their studies is in presence. They have a very limited online offer.
Has a PhD (DBA) that is presential. You have to be there for what appears on the web. It has RVOE, so if the number checks out and is active should be fine. If I'm not wrong is a regional RVOE.
The only programs they have online are 3 licenciaturas (Bachelors) at the moment. https://www.usm.edu.mx/universidad-virtual
All appears to be in spanish.
They have a section of "titulos ropios", here called "grados propios" in colaboration with another university. https://www.usm.edu.mx/grados-propios

I don't recall anyone trying San Miguel at all, let alone the DBA or PhD...

You could always offer to pay for someone's assessment if you want to be extra cautious about the time commitment. Doubtful anyone has tried and speaks about it.

Creative suggestions, as I had not considered leveraging a graduate to confirm the value in another country before putting in all the work to complete the degree.

I think you talk about another program, not the Emagister PhD program at the University of San Miguel. The excellent DBA was from ECU if I read correctly
