I got this Whatsapp reply from them...
There are no hidden costs. There could additional fees related to issuance and printing/shipping of diplomas, but these are in no way mandatory.

Darn, so all of this was from a Whatsapp chat? I was hoping it was an email with a link to the offer... Oh well!
Actually, I think they're doing something similar to the 30 Euro deal they had a few months ago, they're just adding the 'card' for 9 Euro. I remember from an email they sent a few months back, here's the thread about it:

Actually, I just need the "link" if they have a link to the ordering system like they did the 30 Euro one... I can then order the "card" and ask for this double Masters, it'll add to the ones I purchased for 30 Euro, I did two orders, now I have a total of 7. Hmm, maybe I'll just email them or WhatsApp them to see if they have a special. They just might link me and I'll report back...
