I am going to apply for a PhD soon.
The one included in the full ENEB Passport package might not work if you're applying for a PhD. I'm not sure about the DHA at VUL (a common option for ENEB holders), but in general, universities would require that recommendation letters be sent directly to them. In that case, your best shot is emailing ENEB directly and see if they provide a separate option. Chances are they do.

They might offer it as a standalone if you email them, but they also offer it in the full package: https://eneb.com/diplobfusd/
Did you end up paying more the Isabel diploma? If yes, would you mind sharing how much?
I haven't made a decision yet to purchase it. They sent me the link to purchase the digital copy. I probably might opt for an additional master or two before I shell out any money on the certificates.
I saw that they have the gift option for $179 which would be a good option, and then go for the non-apostille full package for $470. I think they have promotions for the discounted diplomas...once a year? So I may just wait for that or go for the digital certificate since I really don't have a need for the physical one here in the US.
I am also considering a DBA — either Walsh College, Edgewood College (soon to be University), or South College. I'll post a new thread on this since I have additional questions around the options and programs.
$155 sounds acceptable to me. I'm pretty much in the as boat as you - I don't need apostille, or even physical certificates, for job seeking. The most reasonable option seems to be the digital Isabel I diploma. And I might even hazard a guess that the digital diploma is faster to issue.
Just FYI, ENEB doesn't allow you to issue Isabel I diplomas until all your master's are completed, even if you just want Isabel I diplomas for some of the programs you enrolled in. If you need the diploma soon, I'd suggest to purchase it now and add another program later.
I received two emails today from ENEB. One entitled "Congratulations, you have completed your program at ENEB!” and the other "Your digital diploma is ready to download!” I thought the diploma email was just automated letting me know my ENEB diplomas were ready. They were the day after my last final submission was graded.
I logged in to find the Isabel diplomas were added to the documentation portal. Looks like I didn’t even need to purchase the $155 link that ENEB sent me to issue the Isabel diplomas. For reference, I downloaded my ENEB diplomas the day they were available on February 26, 2025. Today, March 17, 2025, my Isabel diplomas were available without “purchasing" them.

Seems like ENEB has been buggy a lot lately. They issued me a second Spanish for Business certificate a few days ago and also changed my transcript for my MBA with an overall average of 8.91 to 8.97. What I noticed is that they duplicated three of my courses. There were only suppose to be 13 courses but I counted 16 with the duplicates showing a slightly different if not identical wording but it is obviously the same course and grade for each course.

How much did you pay for your original program? If I recall correctly from our previous conversation, you purchased through the link that didn't explicitly say you will be receiving an Isabel Diploma..? Or at least that was ENEB's interpretation of it..

It only mentions the ENEB Passport and at the bottom of the FAQs it mentions having the diplomas shipped. I sent the link and a screenshot of the page to ENEB and they stated that the hard copies of the diplomas are not included in the purchase I made.
I then sent a follow-up to that email about the digital diploma and they stated I needed to pay for me. I made the mistake of not referring back to the program I purchased where I stated in the FAQs that I’ll receive my diplomas.
It’s unusually strange that the promotion pages mention this but doesn’t align with the actual.
While the page says agile methodology, I purchased it to get access to the MBA + Masters and completed my final papers, no test since it was slated for April and I didn’t want to wait.
I also purchased this one for my spouse (the gift option): https://eneb.com/amusd25/
This one says that it "your new program will also include your university certification from Isabel” on the page so we’ll see. My spouse is on track to complete the dual masters in a couple of weeks.
I’ll report back in a couple of months if we receive the Isabel digital. As an educator, my spouse just needs this to get a pay bump for the next school year.
I purchased it with my spouses email and then selected the programs. So technically you don’t need to be a current or alumni student to purchase from this link.

Awesome! For your information guys, Thompson Rivers University does not give a positive evaluation to ENEB although, I didn't try submitting my Isabel diploma as well.
Meant to reply to the UoT post.

In Canada, there are only 4 institutions that may have a more flexible admissions requirement and transfer regulations as they already hold RA. TRU is one of them, the other 3 RA are Athabasca (withdraw from RA this year, I think it ends in May), Capilano, SFU, and again, TRU rounds out the four. I think having an evaluation from one of the 6 recognized agencies will give a more favorable outcome for ENEB towards transfer into TRU OL (Open Learning) programs.

I wonder if they issued the Isabel I diploma "by mistake" given their previous position on this issue.
The gift option does not mention Isabel I, so I'm guessing you would need to pay extra..
