I hear from a good source that ECE validates ENEB as a Bachelors level courses. I'm doing ECE in Nov/Dec 2022 once I finish all 5 Masters. I'm trying to get 32 Modules from ENEB (hopefully 96 semester Credits). How many modules does ENEB offer in total? Can you use all of those 96 semester credits at Excelsior University? Let me address your 1st question. ENEB offers A LOT of modules. I don't know the total number, but starting with the MBA (13 Modules), you would add all the modules of each Master's. For example, I did the MBA+Master's in Business & Corporate Communications for a total of 19 Modules.
If I added the MPM, MHRM, and Masters in Big Data, I would have 32 Modules (5 Master's from ENEB). And certainly, you can do as many more as you like. ENEB has a list of other Masters with additional Modules not covered in these 5 examples.
Now to your question on Excelsior. First, Excelsior has already confirmed with me that as long as you submit an ECE Subject Analysis Report to them, they will accept credits from ENEB at the undergraduate level. They also confirmed that while ECE may shave ENEB credits to 2.5, Excelsior will accept the courses as a full 3.0 credit course.
I cannot speak to the "96 credits" as of yet; I am still in the process of 1. completing all the ENEB Masters Modules and 2. will pay for the ECE Subject Analysis Report sometime in 2023 or 2024 after I complete this Doctoral Program. The BA at Excelsior or TESU is not a priority right now, and I have until Fall 2025 to complete my other Masters with ENEB.
I'm still deciding whether to complete my BA with Excelsior or TESU. TESU has the lion's share of my credits from everywhere, including my current 2 ENEB Masters (90 Credits), while Excelsior has about 60 credits (without ENEB). I like Excelsior's policy better, as I suspect they will accept a greater amount of credits once I send them all my ENEB Modules. I may end up having 113 credits with Excelsior and only have to complete their 2 Degree Completion Courses (Info Lit and Capstone).
TESU, on the other hand, still has many courses missing (that they will force me to take) while still charging a non-Residency fee ($3,700). It may cost me more to finish courses and pay that fee at TESU than just sticking with Excelsior's generous transfer and FCE policy.
Even with my current ENEB transfer with TESUS, they've already placed several classes in the UNUSED column, indicating that even if I transfer more ENEB Modules, I still won't meet their degree completion criteria to graduate. TESU has a habit of advertising one thing in their Adult Degree Completion Program with "generous credit acceptance," but doing something totally different when you transfer those credits and do a Degree Audit.

Do all of you strive to provide the ~10 sources and 8+ page assignment in the accounting assignments? I don't imagine that these guidelines apply to the accounting exercise projects, correct? I cited 10 sources for the international accounting assignment but I think it is overkill. I used 5 sources for my 11 page international accounting paper and got a 9 on it. That's an A so I didn't feel compelled to revise and resubmit, but I'm doing things differently for the rest of the accounting modules.
The guidelines apply to ALL the courses. You can think it's overkill all you want, but you're not the one doing the grading.

I cited 10 sources for the international accounting assignment but I think it is overkill. I submitted a final project that was exactly 8 pages long (not counting the title pages and references) with 5 sources and no graphics, and got docked big time. I got the equivalent of a C. I was being lazy but that grade woke me ALL the way up, LOL. I revised and resubmitted and got a 10.
Also, graphics and charts are supposed to be optional, but if you don't use them you're giving away easy bonus points (they're worth up to 25% of your grade). Happy you were able to resubmit and receive a 10.
I've been sharing precisely that point. ENEB is a stickler on Graphs & Charts, and they want you to come as close to the 18 pages as possible. Some previous Alumni may get away with it and graduate and be happy, but as we see, ENEB will deduct points.

One of the main challenges in many of the "Accounting/Calculations/Taxation" modules is that ENEB utilizes the laws, guidelines, corporate structure, and regulations of the Spanish (Spain's) government and territory. Because of this, many students outside Spain or even the UK have a difficult time doing many of the accounting assignments. I struggled with 3-4 modules in the MBA+Master in Business & Corporate Communications when I had to calculate VAT, Spanish tax laws/policies, and International Accounting. They were my lowest grades (8.5). And no, I did not have to adhere to the 18 pages or 10 sources. As long as you attempted and did your best, ENEB still gave me a passing grade for the effort. The International Accounting final project kicked my butt. But, I got a 9 on it and was satisfied, because an A is an A. What were the other modules you struggled with?

A word of advice for writing papers for ENEB. As you can see, these are APA formatted scholarly written Final Projects. ENEB recommends using Charts & Graphs to support your thesis and findings. Try not to skimp on the pages. While they say to use a maximum of 18 pages, making a good argument and findings may take 20 or 21 pages (including your graphs & charts). They want you to fully flush out the scenario they give you in the Final Project instructions and write a well-crafted paper.
To your second question, because I decided to do one Module a month (though I completed 2 Master's in 14 months [19 Modules]), it took me about 10 - 12 days in each month to write my papers. I really tried to write about 2 pages a day and decided not to go over 2 weeks in crafting 15 - 18 pages, depending on the course.
Secondly, I struggled with many of the Accounting and "international calculations" courses that required a knowledge of VAT, Spanish (Spain or UK) Laws, Spain taxation, Policies, and Corporate guidelines. While I did my best in (INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTING, FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, INTERNATIONAL CORPORATE TAX & MANAGEMENT OF INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL SERVICES), I received 8/10 in all those courses. I passed but with a low B. As long as you make an effort, you will pass. I would recommend finding some help with an accountant that knows international law or specifically Spanish Law. I see you used a running head on your papers. I haven't been using one because APA 7 says if you're submitting a student paper you don't have to have one. But, now I'm wondering if I should start using them just in case I decide to apply for a doctorate program and need to submit a writing sample. Hmmm.
BTW, how did you get that copyright watermark on your pages?

The Running Header is optional with ENEB. In my current Doctoral Program with VUL, they don't require it as well. I was using it to get used to it as an academic writer, but I suspect that after this program, I may never use it again. And yes, with APA 7, VUL tells us not to use it for student writing.

I believe there are 40 modules in total offered through ENEB connected with all of the 11 Master Degrees currently offered.

My ENEB spreadsheet shows 40 as well. 13 for the MBA, then 2-5 more for each of the additional MB's.
I'm going to finish International Finance + Big Data and Business Intelligence later in the year.
At that point I'd have the credits for Management & Team Management. Seems like if I just pay for that 4th degree I'd already meet the requirements. Also looks to me like if I completed the advertising course I'd meet the requirements for Digital Marketing & E-commerce + Commerce Management & Marketing.
So, after completing my 3 degrees (24 courses total) I could sign up for three more, take one course, and I could have 6 masters?

As I mentioned in previous posts, ECE recognizes them at the undergraduate Bachelor's degree level. So, I will transfer them to TESU or Excelsior University for Adult Degree Completion. I'm expecting 32 ENEB Modules x 3 credits = 96 Semester Credits. That's what Excelsior confirmed with me. TESU accepts the ECE "shaved" credits of 2.5 rather than 3-semester credits. But I still have 90 credits already with TESU, just off the 19 ENEB Modules, plus 60 transferred from US schools.
