I get where your thinking is situated there, and I think the aim is to be as honest as possible and that's commendable. But you'll be selling yourself way short by doing that. A capstone or a thesis is not what makes a Masters "real". Those are not mandatory requirements for all Masters programs even in the United States, and it really is dependent on the program and school and what each requires.
Off the top of my head, I can think of programs from Amberton, TCU, and Liberty which have all had Masters degrees without a capstone or thesis requirement at one point or another. The absence of those things wouldn't make your Masters any less a Masters. Besides, one program could require a thesis or capstone and still require far less overall work than a program that doesn't require one. That variable alone says a lot. Also, in the Spanish system, private employers don't treat propio degrees any differently from official degrees, they don't care. The different treatment of propio degree holders only applies when attempting to work in public service/government in Spain, or when attempting to enter a Doctoral program in Spain. Luckily, we don't live in Spain.
Just think of a scenario where you list your degree as a "Graduate Diploma", but the verifying institution (like an employer for instance) contacts the school and the school says it's a Masters Degree (because it is)? Not to mention that an MBA is not a mere Graduate Diploma, it's a known professional degree where a title is normally expected to be used after obtaining it. The whole thing would be an awkward situation to have to explain away, and you could wind up losing out on an opportunity by trying to be unnecessarily modest as it could come across as a red flag even though your intention was good.
A foreign evaluation is going to turn out one of several possible outcomes, but in my mind it's best to list the degree title as it's posted by the issuing school, with the exception of making an English translation if the text is in a foreign language. It's what you will have factually earned, and it's what the issuing school will have on record, so it will match during any sort of verification process.

My understanding is that European university validation works a little differently from ACE/NCCRS evaluation or U.S. accreditation in that it's typically not time delimited, but continues until further notice, basically. The page that covers this is here, and doesn't refer to expiration dates: https://www.ui1.es/centros-colaboradores I suppose that would be a reasonable thing to ask either party? I don't know about UI1, but ENEB is apparently pretty responsive.

What Steve said is right. Good thing is that Isabel appears to have partnerships with other schools and the prices being charged are dirt cheap compared to U.S. rates, so a person may still have a good opportunity with another school even if this partnership comes to an end. There is another school named Saera and it looks like they have a deal with Isabel, although I don't see them at the link Steve posted, but there is always the possibility that it just never got posted somehow, it happens. One thing I would do to verify a partnership is get in touch with the parent school's administration. If they say the partnership is on and they issue the degrees, you're good. EDIT: One other thing I almost forgot to mention is that a person in this thread (Raycathode, post #132) posted a screenshot showing how Isabel verifies the degrees they issue.

From a quick search, the only partnership with Universidad Isabel I that is taught in English I can find is from ENEB, the others mentioned in the link above, including SAERA are all in the Spanish language and geared to the Spanish speaking countries in Europe and Central/South America, and they don't seem to have any undergraduate offerings outside of Universidad Isabel I themselves.
I'm digging into other partnerships universities or similar programs, it seems Universities in Costa Rica also have a similar program but at a more expensive price tag. I am going to check out a few others such as Azteca, Central Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Texila. Be back when I get more details, I am mainly looking at Masters & Ph.D. programs abroad. Side Note: If you can spend up to say 5-7K USD on an international Masters, skip these "Isabel I" and go for the ones mentioned in the other thread with MOOC partnerships instead, for example, a Top 30 in the QS World Rankings, AACSB & EQUIS accreditation from an Australian University $7000 USD MBA at Deakin (they were 16th in the world for Online MBA's in 2016, currently at 24th in 2019). This appears to be the same for each program listed at the site. Also, the translations are in near, if not perfect, English. That suggests it's not just a translator program running but their own deliberate translation of their site to English. I would imagine they'd only do that with the intent to enroll English-speaking students.

This was an interesting thread, thank you to everybody that posted.
As a public service, and in a cheesy effort to pad my upper level general business credit requirement for CPA exam eligibility, I have enrolled in this MBA program. After completion, I will submit to at least two NACES evaluators. I will also be investigating further into the UCN options and perhaps start chewing on that DBA idea. It will be a few months, but I will report back. And maybe I’ll finally learn some Spanish, too.

This is amazing. I wish I already had my bachelor's so I could do this right now. I wonder how long the offer is going to stick around.

There's no reason to rush, this has been around for a few years, it was offered to the Spanish speaking population for a few years and this program started in 2019 for the English speaking population. I wonder if they are going to expand to other languages... There are a few university partnerships that have this type of Masters. Essentially, ENEB is the MOOC course content provider, Universidad Isabel I is the university they get the degree or diploma parchment from.
