They're not doing anything wrong there. Plus, the fact that they blacklist some schools lets us know ahead of time that they won't take our money to evaluate some programs, so that part is ethical.
The outcome of an evaluation is not guaranteed, good or bad, so they have to be paid for their time for performing it. Besides, being evaluated as "non-accredited" wouldn't be a bad thing unless it doesn't align with one's goals. But one of the possibilities we've discussed in the past is taking a non-accredited evaluation of a Masters and using it for entry into the admittedly few schools that would accept an unaccredited Masters for entry to a Doctoral program, so even that outcome can have a good ending.

If all it took was making a payment to get a favorable evaluation, then the evaluation would be meaningless.

I bought the offer for the master's in coaching, emotional intelligence, and NLP. I'm not really interested in the MBA, but maybe I will feel different about it later.
This is the biggest deal I have seen for ENEB. I have seen them offer one Masters or MBA for $199 but not the MBA + Masters for $199. I wonder when will OfertaSimple offer this special again as they have sold out.

Did you click on the link? It should lead you to Groupon for Spain, not the American DotCom Groupon. Anyone can purchase from any Groupon site, but if you don't speak Spanish then you may have to turn Google Translate on and off to get through the checkout process. I'm pretty sure that your current Groupon login will work on any Groupon site, but I'm not sure.
