I did the same thing. I assumed I wouldn't get my graduation application approved. Then I got the nice email saying I satisfied the requirements.

Is the B.O.G. program being disbanded?

No, BOG is staying, just the requirements for RA are no longer 1, it's now 12 and 3 credits are residency credits. Thus, the price of it is going up instead of just $350 plus transcripts.
