Depends on what you bring to the table in the form of credit and capability. Difference won't necessarily be much either way.

That's a bit confusing, as it depends on which courses and where you are taking those courses before transferring to TESU.
Do you have a spreadsheet or a list of your courses completed for either degree and a list of ones you still need. Obviously the general education requirements would be the same, but your AOS and amount of free electives are different. Generally speaking, the BSBA is cheaper than the BALS degree.

Sure... thank you because I see myself jumping through all these hoops for the bsba so Im looking to see if its cheaper, being that all i want is a bachelors, albeit that bsba sounds like something more 'powerful' in regards to employability

I have taken that kaplan 3cr free but ive been having problems getting it approved. Ive been too busy to investigate it properly

The BSBA might be the most highly vetted degree plan on this or any similar site. That in and of itself makes it a strong contender. You would have to know where every credit will come form for the BALS to even be compared. Cost is almost always a factor...but so is ease of completion.

How much would the capstone cost? Im making my final decision today in regards to this lingering doubt about bsba. Im leaning towards finishing up the bsba tho i just dont care very much for accounting type of jobs, but I am interested in more the operations side for sure. Liberal arts is more like me...all over the place. But bsba seems to be in my best interests

If you're an out of state resident, it's $499/credit on the Per Credit Tuition Plan, so the Capstone for a BA would cost $1,497.

Thanks for mentioning this, as that capstone is roughly $1500.
I estimate the BSBA be at least $1000-$1500 cheaper than the BALS.

I did a spreadsheet and the BSBA General Management or CIS can be had for $5300 or less.
I did another for a BA Psychology, but it included a course from TESU for $7800 all in.
But if you take cheaper courses all around for BALS, it should be $6300 or less.

Haha, I am "all over the place" as well, as I usually like to find things that may be better suited than what I am going for. BSBA doesn't need to be Accounting, it's a generalist degree in Business Admin, if you're interested in a different concentration, they have several AOS. The utility for BSBA is better I think.

It really does depend on what other classes you have already have taken, though. If you have everything but the Liberal Arts Capstone but need to take more than 15-ish exams for the BSBA, it might be cheaper to do the BALS.
