It looks like the $45 registration fee has always been there and the new fee structure isn't up yet. So maybe they're still going to charge $200 per semester. That would make sense because it would be confusing to have the new semester fee up without an explanation that it's for after Jul. 1 and have the current annual fee up at the same time.
