I called again. I figure the more we show interest, the faster they may make a decision.... ALEKS says they are hoping for renewal and will let me know when anything is confirmed. The agent I talked with didn't know if it will continue as it has been or if there will be any changes. I called ACE and they said they should know within a couple of weeks what the renewal status will be, but they said there is a high probability it will be renewed. As to any changes, the agent there didn't know either. Renewal would be for another 3 years. Nobody said anything about another 30 day extension. ALEKS is supposed to send me an email when they know more, but I'm anticipating someone here will know before ALEKS sends an email :-) That's what happened last time. Here's hoping!

So glad someone else called. I called and the rep was just very vague, "oh yeah it's still good and if you start a course while it's active, you're ok for credit." No dates and he was unconcerned that today was 3/30 and tomorrow was 3/31.

Yes the more pressure we put on ALEKS the more likely they will get their paperwork done.

I am trying to finish an Introduction to Statistics...if I finish it today (dedicate 10+hours straight) and it's "finished" with a 70% on the assessment before the 31st does it count? Should I bother?

Yes, it will count if you hit 70% before it expires
