Ok, guys. Should I have the booster shot or not?

It depends on how much you think the CDC and government are trying to control us, and how much better you know than the CDC and WHO.

Personally, I'm getting every shot I'm able to take.

Same,  though I am a bit disappointed that I haven't gotten any X-Men superpowers (joke).

There are some countries where a fourth shot has become common.  I'd get a yearly immunization shot if it's made available.  I already was getting a flu shot and a pneumonia shot.  I haven't gotten a shot for Shingles yet. Aside from a slightly sore arm I've had no serious reaction to the shots.  Neither have I tested positive for Covid.  At this point I don't think anyone can pretend to be undecided about the covid vaccinations.  Availability isn't an issue.  If you haven't gotten it then the reason is because you've decided not to get it.  That's fine.  Best of luck.

If you've already gotten one, it doesn't really matter how many more you get.

I personally don't want to be a guinea pig in this game.  Not interested in brand new stuff they want to put in my body - I'll sit it out.  When it's been around for 10+ years, I'll see if people are still gung-ho about it.

I'm not anti-vax for everything though.  I'll get the Shingles vaccine, now that I'm of age.  I have gotten other vaccines as well (not the flu shot though, as the efficacy rate is crap for that).

If it's your third shot, sure, why not, since you already had the first and second doses. For me, I will need to wait as I just got my second shot on Feb 1 and my first shot was on Dec 1 of 2021. I am not anti-vax, I just wanted to wait for a while longer to decide, I got my first on the same day my wife got her booster (3rd shot)...

Me neither, I've not had a flu shot since 2000 and that was a company wide thing back then. Then I changed companies and when the Avian flu was a thing, they had a clinic open in like 2005 at work as well, I was probably the last person to sign up and got it then too. Other than that, I don't recall getting anything else...

I'm cautious and one of the last ones to get the jab... I think many like myself do their research and see how other countries fair before I decide to get the first booster... I don't think I'll be getting a second booster as I believe it's going to be for those who are authorized or have predetermined illnesses.

I've had both shots and the booster with no ill effects.  Stores, etc. have been mask-optional for several weeks now and most people are not wearing them anymore.  The local university just announced they're going mask-optional next week.  Maybe I'm just kidding myself, but the truth is, I don't feel at risk at this point.  If a fourth shot became available tomorrow, I don't know that I'd get it.  I know a few people with some serious medical problems and they are still keeping pretty strict precautions but most people seem much more relaxed about the whole thing right now.  Maybe that's a mistake but I feel burned out on the whole thing.  It's not a great way to make such a decision but I'd be lying if I said otherwise.
