I hear ya. I checked multiple times a day. I received an email with the subject "... updated degree analysis form " that is how I knew to check again.
I'm definitely keeping an eye out for that email

https://my.umpi.edu/ LaunchPad -> Student Center -> Academics -> Apply:Graduation/Completion
You should apply during the session you anticipate completing your degree requirements, but you can apply sooner. From all reports, you shouldn't apply later.
