I would wait until you are close to graduation - there's not really a point to sending credits sooner.

The only reason would be the emails I keep receiving from them, telling me the have not received official transcripts yet. Not sure if they will cancel me fr not sending in any.

You can easily send the SL credits, as those can come straight from SL and are free. But I personally wouldn't send an ACE transcript until most/all credits were on there.

If you are in the process of applying at COSC for enrollment, they will not complete your evaluation until they receive all of the transcripts from the sources where you indicated on your application that you have acquired credit. If you are ready to take your cornerstone for your AS, you are probably better off at this point to go ahead and send them all in, so that they can evaluate your credits, and you can enroll. They will create your advising worksheet, and you will know for sure what you have left.
I have a question for you. I notice that you have "Per Fin" as pending from Straighterline. If this is personal finance, this course will probably not be of any benefit to you at COSC. It is lower level. It is not liberal arts. It does not fulfill any general education credits. I don't know of a requirement for a major that this fulfills. If you have not already taken this course, you may want to reconsider.
