It hasn't for me. Still takes about 15 minutes (one time longer!) to get to the test. I now remind them in the chat box as soon as they log on that I am a Fast Track. Although I do not have to do the verification questions, I do have to type a sentence or two so they can verify keystroke. Whatever they are doing on the backend is what is taking the time. One time, the proctor didn't even know what Fast Track was nor did he know how to log into the TECEP. (Was my first time as well...)
A big benefit for me though is that I don't have to pay the "take it now" or the near future additional test fees. I will be taking a lot of exams through ProctorU and that's a benefit. I hope the process speeds up though. (Maybe I will get around to making a complaint.) As a comparison, I just took a proctored exam on study.com and it was a breeze to get the exam started.
